ENJOY THE LAKE GEORGE EXPERIENCE
"THE QUEEN OF AMERICAN LAKES"
“Lake George is without comparison, the most beautiful water I ever saw; formed by a contour of mountains into a basin… finely interspersed with islands, its water limpid as crystal, and the mountain sides covered with rich groves… down to the water-edge: here and there precipices of rock to checker the scene and save it from monotony.”
— Thomas Jefferson, May 31, 1791

THE CARRIAGE HOUSE
Our primary performance space! This historic 19th century building on the shores of beautiful Lake George offers unmatched lake views. Originally built as a barn-like structure, it would house the horses and carriages (and later early automobiles) used by guests from New York City in the early 1900s.
FORT WILLIAM HENRY MUSEUM
Visit the Fort William Henry Museum in the heart of Lake George Village. Once the site of a major battle during the French and Indian War, step back in time and experience the sights and sounds of life at a British fort in 1755. Watch live musket and cannon firings, play 18th Century games, and join the King’s Army!
